After completing his apprenticeship in Business Management, Dean worked his way up from trainee consultant to team leader before setting up his own business. As a specialist recruiter within the construction and Built Environment sectors, Dean has an extensive proven track record of delivery, working with UK and international companies ranging from start-ups to large blue-chip organisations.
