Initial Consultation

This is a conversation to help LDNY People get a clear understanding of your motivation to move and future aspirations. LDNY People will arrange an initial consultation, which can be done outside of working hours. This will allow us to thoroughly understand your career goals. We also offer consultative advice, including CV reviews and market insights.

Transparency and Confidentiality

At LDNY People we believe a transparent and confidential approach is paramount. We want you to feel comfortable being represented by us, knowing your details are in safe hands. Your CV will only be submitted to one of our client partners after a thorough brief, and with your explicit permission. At LDNY People we guarantee 100% confidentiality.

Interview Process

During the CV submittal and interview stage, we will ensure you are regularly kept up to date with the progress of your application. We only work with companies that offer a clear and concise recruitment process, ensuring you are kept up to date at all times.

Offer and Interview feedback

If successful, we will work closely with you to ensure any questions are answered and you are happy with the details of your offer before acceptance. We also understand that not all interviews are successful, in which case we will ensure you receive clear and constructive feedback.


Contractor Management

LDNY People understands the immense value contractors bring, offering a flexible, cost-effective solution to the industry skills shortage. We work closely with client partners to ensure a compliant and easy onboarding process for outside IR35 and Umbrella contractors. 

We have a dedicated payroll team to ensure prompt 7-day payment terms, IR35 compliance, and state-of-the-art digital timesheet systems.  This ensures a smooth continuous payment process. 

Before introducing you to any of our client partners, we ensure that IR35 compliant Scope of works, Status Determination Statement (SDS) and fully insured funding is in place. We only partner with companies that have a clear understanding of IR35 regulation and adhere to relevant legislation.
