Job Description:
As a BIM Manager, you will lead the strategic deployment of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology to streamline project delivery and enhance collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. Responsible for the oversight of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, you’ll ensure models are compliant with global standards. You’ll orchestrate the BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), oversee the digital twin creation, and facilitate the integration of BIM into our lifecycle management. By aligning BIM strategies with project objectives, you enhance operational efficiency and drive innovative solutions in MEP design and construction processes.
Required Skills:
- Advanced BIM Software Proficiency: Mastery of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Proven track record in leading BIM implementation projects.
- Technical Communication: Skilled in articulating complex BIM concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Data Management Expertise: Proficient in managing large datasets within BIM environments for optimal performance.
- Change Management: Experienced in guiding teams through technological transitions to BIM-oriented operations.
