Mechanical Estimator – North West - £60-£70k LDNY People are currently working with a leading Mechanical/HVAC Contractor, based in the North West of England (Greater Manchester). They are very well established with a strong pipeline of work, their expertise lies within the regulated sector markets, Defence, Power, Rail and Industrial. Due to strategic growth plans and they are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Estimator ro join their head office team. This position offers a clear path of promotion, the chance to work on great projects and excellent job security, so if you are a Mechanical Estimator based in the North West and looking for a new challenge please read on. Role Requirements: 

• You will currently be working as a Mechanical Estimator within a construction environment.
• Experience within the HVAC/Mechanical Services sector or something that closely aligns with this.
• Experience working in the highly regulated sectors (Energy, Defence, Rail) would be highly beneficial, although not essential.
• My client’s office is based just North of Manchester, you will need to be commutable to here or happy to relocate.
• Confident working as part of a team or on your own initiative.
• Experience using relevant estimating software.
• You will need full UK working rights to be considered for this position.
