MEP CAD Technician – North Surrey – £45 – £50k
LDNY People are currently working I Partnership with a leading MEP Design and Build Contractor, based in North Surrey.
Established for over 30 years with long term ambitious growth plans, they have a strong reputation for project delivery, a large amount of their work is repeat business with long term clients.
They currently have a requirement within their Design Team for an MEP Cad Technician, this opportunity is office based in their head office, based in North Surrey (very close to a mainline train station, parking is also available).
This MEP CAD Technician would suit someone who is currently working on 2D CAD, they also work in 3D/Revit and there is a longer term opportunity to learn this, they do need someone who can hit the ground running using 2D CAD initially.
Role Requirements:
- You will currently be working as a CAD Technician/Coordinator, with experience within the MEP sector.
- Experience using AutoCAD within an M&E environment is essential.
- Experience using Cad Duct/Fabrication CAD MEP would be highly desirable
- This position is office based so you will need to be commutable to the North Surrey area, this is not a remote working position.
- A strong understanding of the Design and Build process, capable of producing high quality, accurate CAD drawings.
- A self starter, capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
